This was one of those trips to the seaside when you truly reconnect with the spirits of the sea. Long forgotten feeling of being on long and big waves came to life and left an unforgettable feeling deep inside for future to look forward. This was also the time of learning how to make friends with breaking waves at the beach, strong off-shore winds, underwater rocks and returning waves off high cliffs. I have come closer to understand the sky above me and the waters below my kayak – both speaking the language I yet do not fully understand. It is a different dimension of life that needs persistent strive for knowledge and sensitivity towards surrounding – see, listen and learn. Nothing more or less than in real life.
