On the boarder of Czech Republic and Germany, there is a very beutiful place called „Czech Switzerland“ (official name). Here is a short photo and video report. Next time I will carry less food, because my bag was extremely heavy at the beginning, and more water (once we run out of it, I started to scare Alena with Bear Gryll’s survival techniques). The trip was from parking to camping and back to parking (one overnight). The only downside of the trip was a German technoparty nearby, from around midnight until the morning (which, of course, we didn’t attend). Wonderful place to visit even for longer than a week. Great biking trails too. I strongly believe that I will have immense back and muscle pain tomorrow:)
Not the easiest start of the trip. About one hour „climb“.If I were to translate „Malerweg“ to Czech, it would be „troubleway“ and that’s where we were heading :)Jimmy refused to go on……still won’t go!!!Slowly moving ahead. If I hadn’t had a map….I suggested we go around this one…We didn’t do it!Snack was one of the most essential parts of our trip…and snack againAlena and JimmyMany ways to go……and to choose the right way was the hardest!Very bright moment. We finally came close to our techno camp:)I have never seen our dog sooooo tired!!!The trail along the boarder. It is possible to take a boat ride on this tiny river. Not the easiest terrain but definately picturesqueJimmy was a great helper, towing me on a leash. Most of the way was rocky. Thanks to Alena, we have pictures, as I would not be able to do anything else but carry load and watch after Jimmy.Wasn’t good to eat but what a great „catch“!!!Lots of places to swim, even for people (deep enough)..at the end of our jorney..
